Instead of racking your brains over how to clean the oven tray from the dirt stuck to it, try to prevent this problem from occurring.
The simplest and at the same time most effective preventive measure is to use parchment paper.
If you line your baking sheet with parchment paper every time you use it, it will take the brunt of the impact, and even in the worst case scenario, only a few drops of fat will remain on the surface.
Also, don't forget to wash the pan immediately after you finish cooking.
If you don't have time for this, at least just fill it with hot water and add a little dishwashing detergent.
After this, you can safely put the baking tray aside and start cleaning it when you have a free minute.
By the way, in order to clean the surface, many housewives use vinegar, filling a baking tray with it and sending it to the oven. When the temperature reaches 100 degrees, the baking tray can be removed. The main thing is not to allow the acid to evaporate completely.
Please note: this method is not suitable for Teflon surfaces, as well as enamel, glass and ceramics.
