Washing windows is not such a difficult task these days. In addition to special sprays, this task is solved by special robots.
But regardless of the means, you want to preserve the results of your work for a long time. Here's a trick to keep your glass sparkling and shining after cleaning.
Before you start washing windows, there are a few tips you need to understand.
1. It is better to wash windows in cloudy (but not rainy) weather than on a hot sunny day. This way the sun will heat the glass less and will not dry out the cleaning agents as much.
2. You shouldn't do this if there is a strong wind outside. The glass will be covered with dust and after the first rain it will be cloudy again, and no life hacks will help here.
3. It is easiest to wash windows immediately after rain – dirt is washed off more easily.
4. To keep the glass from getting dirty, you must wash the frames and use some tricks.
The easiest way to wash windows is with a spray. Liquids remove any dirt, do not leave streaks and are easy to wash off.
But in order for less dust to settle on them and for the glass to remain clean longer even after rain, you need to do the following.
It is enough to rub the glass with potato starch.
You need to dissolve 1 tablespoon of starch in 1 liter of water. This mixture is applied to the washed glass and left until completely dry.
After the starch has dried, the glass is rubbed with a dry cloth until it shines.
