There are several methods for tidying up your home, and each of them has its own pros and cons.
Today we will tell you about one of the most common methods – “Flylady”.
It is suitable for those who are willing to spend a little time on cleaning every day, as well as for those who prefer to follow strict plans.
The main rule is: "The house didn't get dirty in one day, so it won't get clean overnight." As you can see, the secret to the success of this system is in the small steps that will lead to the result.
The author of this method is a housewife from America named Marla Cilley, who formulated her ideas into a system back in 1999.
The abbreviation FLY can be deciphered as “finally loving yourself”, because, according to Marla Cilley, cleaning the entire house at once is the best way to demonstrate hatred for everyone around you and, first of all, for yourself.
So, what is the FlyLady method?
If you are going to become a follower of Marla Cilley, you will need to divide your apartment into small zones and make a weekly plan - every day spend 15 minutes cleaning one zone.
However, don’t expect miracles – don’t forget that in addition to these 15 minutes, you will have to perform daily routine duties, find time every week to wash the floors, and also sort out the so-called “hot spots” where all sorts of small things always accumulate.
