A grill or barbecue covered in carbon deposits will not allow you to cook truly delicious meat.
The older the barbecue or grill, the thicker and stronger the coating. Experienced owners use a folk remedy for cleaning.
This method is suitable for all materials – both steel and non-stick coatings. But there is one important condition. Do not use hard brushes, so as not to damage the surface.
To prepare the barbecue (grill) for the new season, use vinegar and soda. The products are mixed in equal proportions, and then the solution is sprayed on the contaminated areas.
A couple of hours after application, go over the surface with the soft side of a sponge and wash off the remaining mixture with clean water.
A simple procedure will help get rid of a significant portion of carbon deposits without resorting to special means and chemicals. The grill will look neater, and dishes cooked on the grill will become noticeably tastier.
