Boil
Many modern housewives also use this old-fashioned method.

Freeze
An interesting method is to freeze tap water.

In other words, the salty liquid takes longer to turn into ice.
When a little more than half of the volume of water poured into the container freezes, the liquid should be poured into the sink, and the ice should be melted. The resulting water will be clean.
