Many people have heard of the superstition that you should not sweep bread crumbs off the table with your hand.
This also applies to baked goods and other similar products. According to popular interpretation, this action can bring poverty to a person.
But this is not the only consequence. There are other negative events that await a person who violates the warning.

Since ancient times, people have been very sensitive to bread. It is not for nothing that the proverb was born: "Bread is the head of everything." To put bread on the table, peasants had to work long and hard, and people always treat the fruit of their labor with special warmth.
The same thing happened with bread. Besides, in the old days there were often cases of famine, so a supply of bread was already a sign of prosperity and even wealth.
In connection with this, special traditions and rules for handling bread were born. One of them says that you cannot sweep crumbs off the table with your hand. It is doubly undesirable to throw crumbs in the trash can. Otherwise, beliefs promise a person:

- diseases.
