How to Remove Carbon Stains from Glassware: Sparkling Result Without Scratching
The process of washing glassware from stubborn carbon deposits can only be called a ritual.
We are happy to share with you some advice on how to restore cleanliness to your glass items with minimal effort.
All you need for this is mustard powder, a favorite of many housewives.
First, fill the mold with boiling water - this will help you ensure that the main carbon deposits come off the walls.
Now drain the water and throw a handful of mustard powder inside.
Important: don’t forget to protect the delicate skin of your hands by wearing gloves – everyone knows what the nuclear power of mustard is capable of.
Add a little dishwashing liquid to the caustic powder. You can also add a little water – about half a glass – to make the solution work even better.
Spread the resulting mass on the walls of the dishes and leave for 10-15 minutes. The exposure time can be easily increased, up to 30-40 minutes, after which go over with a brush and wash off the dirt and residue of the cleaning agent under running water.
