Folk omens name several places in the house where you should not keep savings.
These beliefs help superstitious people not to lose and to increase their savings.
Not far from the front door
The belief is that savings lying near the front door will literally “leave” the house, because the owner has kindly “opened” the exit for them.
Under the mattress
Superstition warns that savings under a mattress or pillow will not increase. The opposite will happen – the money will “rest”. Therefore, all attempts to increase capital are doomed to failure, the sign says.
Glass jars
The belief warns against storing money in three-liter jars. Esotericists explain this by the fact that the bills in them get crumpled and accumulate negative energy.
Money must "breathe"
Another sign indicates that money should not be tied with rubber bands, twisted or bent. The belief says that this way the monetary energy is "compressed" and new channels of financial inflow are blocked.
