Over time, the walls of the oven become covered with various contaminants.
They can be removed with the help of special gels and sprays, but not all housewives are in a hurry to use them.
And there are a number of reasons for this: price, "chemical" smell and not always ideal result. Experienced housewives have found a simpler, but more effective, economical and environmentally friendly way.
1. Preheat the oven to 170-200 degrees.
2. Place a stainless steel pan on a baking sheet or grates.
3. Pour 2 liters of boiling water into the container.
4. You can add 4 tbsp. l. citric acid, but this is optional.
5. Place the pan in the oven and close the door. Leave it like this overnight.
6. After 10-15 hours, all the carbon and grease can be removed with a light movement. The dirt becomes pliable under the influence of steam, so a few minutes of work with a rag is enough, and the oven shines.
