Many people throw away the tube when it no longer squeezes out toothpaste.
However, there is no need to rush to throw the packaging in the trash.
The tube will still come in handy. Or rather, its contents. The thing is that it is unlikely that absolutely all the toothpaste has been squeezed out of the package.
Most likely, the remains of this product remain on the inner walls. And they can be used for household purposes.
The tube needs to be cut in half or into several segments. Next, you should "arm yourself" with an old toothbrush and collect the remains of the paste. How can you use this product?
Cleaning a frying pan lid
A greasy film quickly appears on the glass lid. Dirt also accumulates in a hard-to-reach place - on the edge.
However, if you apply toothpaste to the device, “go over” the surface with a sponge or an old toothbrush, and then wash off the remaining product with water, then there will be no trace left of the sticky layer.
Cleaning jewelry
Toothpaste does a great job of removing stains from gold and silver jewelry.
Precious metals should be wiped very carefully, using a soft material (for example, a cloth).
After “processing” the jewelry with the paste, rinse it with clean water and then gently wipe it with a clean microfiber cloth.
Shoe cleaning
Toothpaste helps restore the original appearance of the white sole of sneakers. The surface should be wiped with a sponge with the product applied to it.
In addition, the paste is an excellent remedy for removing scuffs from leather shoes.
