Cleaning an apartment is a tedious procedure and rarely brings joy to anyone. To make this routine work easier, you need to know about small everyday tricks.

To dust your shelves and dressers less often, you need to use a simple and affordable remedy from the pharmacy. We are talking about glycerin.

We will tell you how to use this miracle remedy in everyday matters.

1. Against dust

For processing, glycerin is added to water and the already clean surface, treated from dust, is treated with this solution. To polish the surface, it is necessary to drop a little glycerin on a clean and dry napkin and rub the furniture. The same method can be used to protect glass and mirrors from dust and dirt.

2. For cleaning

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of glycerin in a bucket of water and use the solution to wash the floor. This way you can clean laminate or parquet. The floor will shine for at least one week after such cleaning.

If you dissolve 15 ml of glycerin in 3 liters of water and soak things in the solution for 3-5 minutes, they will be softer. After soaking, rinse the things in a solution of ammonia - 3 tsp. per 3 liters of water.

And if you rub stains on fabric with glycerin and leave for an hour, and then rinse in cold and salt water, you can get rid of difficult and ingrained stains.

5. For leather clothing

This is the easiest way to soften leather goods or restore shine. After such treatment, clothing or leather goods will be protected from mechanical damage, such as abrasion.
