From time to time the kitchen sink gets clogged, the water does not drain, and you have to clean the drain by completely unscrewing it.
There are many industrial means for cleaning the sink from a blockage. But they are quite harmful to the body, so try using a simple, proven "folk" remedy.
Ingredients:
Directions for use:
Work should begin with individual personal protective equipment. To do this, put on rubber gloves and a protective mask.
First, take baking soda and pour it into the drain hole. It should completely fill the inside of the drain and the trap.
Carefully pour acetic acid from above in a small stream. When vinegar comes into contact with soda, a large amount of foam may immediately begin to be released.
After 4-5 minutes the process should be finished, then turn on the water and rinse the drain.
Usually one time is enough, but if the result is not satisfactory, repeat this procedure again.
Attention! If the foam from the sink comes out completely to the surface, this means that the cleaning is ineffective due to a large blockage of the siphon or pipe.
