The appearance of upholstered furniture will be noticeably damaged if stains appear: it will look old and untidy.
Some people buy special cleaning compounds for furniture because they don’t know that stains can be removed using improvised means.
To begin, take half a liter of water and add a third of a glass of vinegar to it. It is important to keep in mind that the liquid should be slightly warmed up beforehand.
Then add a small spoon of soda, mix the ingredients and pour into a spray container. If desired, you can also add a little dishwashing gel.
Apply the prepared composition to the stain and begin treatment with a damp, hard sponge. Then treat the contaminated area with a dry cloth.
Once the stain has been removed, it is recommended to vacuum the sofa.
If you doubt that your upholstery will withstand this type of treatment, first carry out the procedure on an inconspicuous area and evaluate the result.
