How to clean pot and pan lids from grease: a method for lazy housewives

Perhaps every second housewife remembers with an unkind word the inventor of modern lids intended for pots and pans.

The whole point is that because of the removable handles, dirt consisting of grease and pieces of food gets clogged in places from where it is extremely difficult to remove.

Because of this, in order to thoroughly wash the product, you have to unscrew the bolts and screws that attach the handle to the glass surface each time.

But what about the parts that cannot be removed?

We are talking about the metal trim on the edges of the lid, which is definitely not intended to be removed.

In this case, it is worth using special products - and this is not dishwashing liquid, but hydrogen peroxide.

Pour 3% hydrogen peroxide into the inside of the lid and slowly rotate the product so that the liquid spreads evenly over its surface.

In a few seconds, the product will neutralize everything that has accumulated in every crack, and you won’t have to dance around the lid with a tambourine.

Simply rinse the kitchen “accessory” under running water, and the cleaning can be considered complete.
