During use, carpets acquire an unpresentable appearance: the pile rolls up, the color becomes dirty and fades, and stains appear.
Changes in pile color occur due to failure to follow the rules for product care, cleaning and drying.
Yellow spots usually appear on the carpet during wet cleaning at home. When wet, the glue can be destroyed, and when dry, the yellowness evaporates to the ends of the pile, and dye can also remain on the pile, tannin can be released, etc.
Dry cleaning of the items will help to avoid an unpleasant situation. If you decide to clean the carpet yourself, then first of all you need to understand what kind of cleaning is suitable for your carpet - dry or wet method.
There is a simple and universal remedy against yellow stains: 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. distilled water, 1/2 cap of wool detergent, a couple of drops of peroxide.
The ingredients are mixed, the finished solution is poured into a spray bottle and the composition is distributed over the surface.
The following remedy will help against old and ingrained stains: 100 ml of hydrogen peroxide and 1 tbsp. of soda. The prepared paste should be applied to the carpet, left for 20-30 minutes, and the remains should be removed with a damp sponge or brush.
