The fight against mold, which often appears in the bathhouse, is not limited to special chemicals.

You can always use folk remedies. They will definitely work if you don’t wait until the mold covers a large area.

It appears where it is dark, damp and fresh air rarely gets in. Ideal conditions are created for mold, which gradually takes up more and more space.

If the affected area is small, you can defeat it with vinegar. You can supplement it with soda. This method will help not only get rid of mold, but also whiten the wood a little.

Hydrogen peroxide can cope with mold. It is applied to the affected area, left until completely dry, and then washed off with water.

After removing the mold, you must ventilate the bathhouse for 8-10 hours. In the future, you should also not create favorable conditions for the fungus, otherwise you will have to repeat the work.

If the problem has reached a significant scale, then vinegar and peroxide will have to be put aside. You will need copper sulfate (100 g) and 2 liters of water.

The composition can be strengthened with salt (2 tbsp.) and potassium alum (100 g). The solution is applied to the affected area, left to "work", and then the surface is cleaned.
