If you don’t want to use industrial means to combat carbon deposits, you can pay attention to home tricks.
In some cases, they may prove to be even more effective and completely safe.
This method is usually used if the carbon deposit is fresh. The frying pan should be hot. Spread a layer of mustard powder.
After 20 minutes, the cleaning agent should be removed. All that remains is to lightly wash the dishes with regular soap or gel.
You can try a simple and effective method that does not require much effort from the hostess. Pour a sufficient amount of water into the frying pan and dissolve a few spoons of salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
After three hours, the cleaning solution can be washed off and the surface can be treated with a sponge.
This tried and true method works great for cast iron pans, but make sure you have a large enough pot. Add enough water so that the pan is also coated with the cleaning solution.
For every liter of water we take one hundred grams of soda.
Turn on the stove and "cook" the frying pan on low heat for about 25 minutes. Then wait about 40 minutes. Then you can start washing the dishes - the carbon deposits will literally come off in pieces.
