Then you should pay attention to a little-known, but very useful function - "Concentration Mode".
It gives the user the opportunity to overcome phone addiction.
Now social networks and instant messengers will not distract you from work and “live” communication.
Go to Settings, select Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls.
Next, go to the “Concentration” subsection and select the applications that often distract you from your main activity.
After that, all that remains is to select the days and times when the programs should be unavailable to you.
You will not be able to use “dangerous” applications during the designated time periods: the programs simply will not turn on.
If there is no "Concentration Mode", you can use a similar function: "Settings" - "Device Usage and Parental Controls" - "App Timer".
