Russian Football. Krasnodar thrashed Orenburg and topped the RPL standings
As part of the 17th round of the Russian Football Championship in the top division, the local club of the same name and Orenburg met in Krasnodar.
This was the last match of the round. The hosts mercilessly crushed the visitors, scoring four unanswered goals.
By the way, the “bulls” have not had a single defeat and only three draws in the current Premier League season.
Thanks to the victory over Orenburg, Krasnodar took clear first place in the championship standings.
It is worth noting that in the first half, spectators saw only one goal scored, but in the second half, three goals were scored.
The goals were scored by Kevin Lenini (38th minute), Danila Kozlov (73), Eduard Spertsyan (79) and John Cordoba (88).
Among other matches of the tour, the all-Rus' derby stands out, of course – CSKA vs. Spartak. The latter won – 2:0.
Moscow's Lokomotiv also won, beating Kazan's Rubin with a minimum score of 1:0.
St. Petersburg's Zenit was stronger than Makhachkala's Dynamo (2:1), and Tolyatti's Akron beat Samara's Krylia Sovetov with a score of 2:0.
Grozny's Akhmat lost to Paris Nizhny Novgorod at home (0:2).
Moscow Dynamo played a 1:1 draw with Rostov and Voronezh Fakel played a 1:1 draw with Khimki from the Moscow region.
Currently, the leader of the championship is Krasnodar, which has scored 36 points.
Following them are Zenit (33) and the capital’s Lokomotiv (31), Dynamo (27), Spartak (25), and CSKA (24).
