Today, on the Belarusian labor market, loaders are highly valued by employers.

This is also evidenced by the fact that in just one database of the state employment service, more than 4,200 corresponding vacancies have been published recently.

By the way, the most attractive offer for workers among such offers is a vacancy with a salary of 3,500 rubles.

But we will talk about the monetary remuneration of these professionals below. Now let's briefly dwell on the specifics and conditions of work.

Specificity

The main specific feature of a loader’s work is that it is physically difficult work.

In order for a person to cope with the responsibilities assigned to him, he must be strong, resilient, and preferably not susceptible to illness.

These duties mainly involve loading and unloading, as well as moving various goods.

In cases where large-sized goods are involved, special equipment comes to the rescue, such as lifts, loaders, cranes, etc.

The second specific feature is the demand for workers in almost all areas.

Thus, loaders are currently employed in construction, industry, agriculture, catering facilities, in the healthcare and education sectors, they work in stores, warehouses, in the housing and communal services sector, etc.

In addition, it is very common to find loaders on the railway, working in factories and plants, in transport companies, fulfilling private orders of citizens, etc.

The third specificity: in many cases, employers do not require employees to have higher or even secondary education, or any specific knowledge or skills.

The main thing is to work reliably, carefully and quickly with cargo, unloading, loading and moving it.

Terms and Conditions

They arise from the specifics of the profession, that is, they are associated with the use of physical force to perform certain actions.

Hence: a loader needs to not only move cargo, but do it carefully, quickly and safely.

In this case, workers determine all three of these parameters independently for a specific type of cargo.

Another condition they must comply with concerns safety requirements and labor protection rules when moving goods.

So, if we are talking about large-sized goods, then the loader will be able to perform the work only if he has certain knowledge.

In particular, he needs to be aware of how such loads are secured, what devices are used for this, how to safely move such goods, etc.

It is worth mentioning external factors separately. For example, the weather. The fact is that loaders often have to work in unfavorable weather conditions.

Heat or rain, snow or ice, fog or piercing cold wind – all of this also accompanies the work of a loader.

Salaries

As noted above, this fall, a vacancy for a loader with a salary of 3,500 rubles was posted in the State Employment Service database .

At the same time, there are also many offers related to the minimum possible 626 rubles, but mostly the amounts appear to be from 1,000 to 1,500 rubles.

Let's start with the "minimums". They are provided to loaders by the UKP "Zhilkomkhoz" (Kirovsk) and ZAO "X-KRAFT" (Gomel).
