According to weather forecasters, the weather will finally get worse next week.
Frosts down to -6 degrees, snow and gusty winds are expected.
Meteorologist Dmitry Ryabov spoke about the weather for the week from November 11 to 17 on the ONT TV channel.
At the beginning of the week, the weather will be determined by an anticyclone formed in a humid air mass with a center over the central regions of Russia.
Cloudiness will prevail, but no significant precipitation is forecast. Fog will thicken in some areas, visibility will deteriorate to 500 meters.
Air humidity will be up to 70%. Wind is expected to be changeable and weak.
At night it will be from -1 to +5 degrees. During the day on Monday the thermometers will show +6-9 degrees, on Tuesday it is expected to be up to +8 degrees.
On Wednesday, the influence of the area of high atmospheric pressure and humid air masses will continue.
It will be partly cloudy, no significant precipitation is expected. In some areas, light fog and ice are forecast at night and in the morning. The wind will be moderate from the west. Air humidity will reach 80%.
At night it will be from -2 to +2 degrees, daytime air temperature will be +3-9 degrees.
On Thursday and Friday, the weather will be determined by an active atmospheric front formed under the influence of a cyclone with a center over the Baltic countries.
It will bring cold air and rain with wet snow. The wind will be westerly and northwesterly, moderate, gusty at times. Air humidity will be up to 80%.
At night it will be from -1 to +4 degrees. During the day on Thursday it will be from +1 degree in the south-eastern regions to +8 degrees in the western regions, on Friday the daytime temperature will not exceed +3 degrees.
It will get even colder over the weekend. Up to 6 degrees below zero is expected at night. During the day on Saturday it will be from -3 to 0 degrees, on Sunday – about 0 degrees.
In some areas, precipitation in the form of snow and sleet is predicted.
In some places fog will thicken at night and in the morning. North-westerly gusty wind is expected, air humidity – up to 80%.
