On Monday, September 23, the Ministers of Health of Belarus and Russia – Alexander Khodjaev and Mikhail Murashko – signed an important agreement.
They signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of disaster medicine, which was reported on the Telegram channel by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
The document implies an exchange between the parties of experience and data on scientific and technical achievements in the field of disaster medicine and the elimination of medical and sanitary consequences of emergencies.
In addition, specialists from the two countries will conduct joint educational and scientific-practical events.
The latter (training courses, seminars, etc.) are aimed at improving the level of training of medical workers.
In addition, joint exercises and training to eliminate the medical and sanitary consequences of emergency situations are envisaged.
Please note: the ministers signed the memorandum within the framework of the meeting of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia held in Mogilev.
