The Belarusian government has extended the ban on imports of Liqui Moly, Skoda Auto and Beiersdorf products into the country.
According to the Council of Ministers’ resolution (number 933), goods from these companies cannot be imported into the republic until the end of 2025.
Accordingly, it is also not possible to implement them in the country.
The document extending the taboo was published on the country's legal internet portal.
The ruling states that the ban will remain in effect until December 31 next year.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, the State Customs Committee and “other interested parties” have been instructed to take the necessary measures for its implementation.
This document will officially come into force on the first day of the coming 2025.
Thus, the ban on imports of goods from Liqui Moly, Skoda Auto and Beiersdorf to Belarus has been extended for another year.
By the way. The latter owns such well-known brands as Hansaplast, Labello and Nivea.
The government regulation does not apply to goods imported into the country for personal use.
Another exception is vehicles registered in the Eurasian Economic Union.
Or those vehicles that are temporarily imported into the territory of the EAEU, including for personal use.
