The issue of abolishing roaming between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation has been finally resolved.
At the meeting of the Supreme State Council held yesterday in Minsk, new conditions for roaming communications within the territory of the Union State were announced.
During the negotiations, it was possible to reach a decision that will ensure equal rights for Belarusian and Russian subscribers, BELTA reports, citing the Minister of Communications and Informatization of Belarus.
Konstantin Shulgan revealed the tariffs while answering journalists’ questions.
If the tariff plan includes free minutes for making calls to subscribers of other networks, then 150 minutes can be used in roaming for outgoing calls.
The cost of paid minutes is charged at 22-27 Belarusian kopecks per minute. The exact cost will be determined by the operator.
Incoming calls are also provided with 150 free minutes. A paid call will cost the subscriber 11 kopecks per minute.
It is possible to use the Internet in roaming.
The subscriber is provided with 5 gigabytes of mobile Internet traffic on preferential terms.
The cost of 1 gigabyte will be 4 Belarusian rubles.
