Notaries of Belarus will provide free consultations on November 29
On Friday, November 29, notaries in Belarus will provide consultations free of charge.
All notary offices and bureaus in the country will take part in the republican charity event dedicated to Lawyer's Day.
The Belarusian Notary Chamber reported this on Telegram.
What issues will be available for free consultation with a notary on November 29
Both citizens and guests of the country will be able to receive a free consultation on issues within the notary’s competence.
The notary's competence includes such issues as drafting marriage contracts and wills, alienation of real estate, execution of powers of attorney and inheritance rights, and execution of writs of execution.

The BNP noted that holding such events on the occasion of national holidays and other memorable dates has become traditional for the country’s notary community.
The events are held in order to raise the level of legal awareness, legal culture and literacy, and to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.

A notary is a person specially authorized to perform notarial acts, including certification of the accuracy of copies of documents and extracts from them, certification of the authenticity of signatures on documents, certification of the accuracy of the translation of documents from one language to another, as well as some other actions, the norms of which differ from each other in different countries.
