The New Year holidays are almost upon us. So, it's time to start thinking about "registering" the main beauties of the celebrations - fir trees - in your apartments and houses.

Recently, Belarusians were told when Christmas tree markets would start operating in Minsk, Vitebsk and Brest.

Thus, the ONT TV channel reports that, according to information from the Minsk forestry department, the Christmas tree market in the capital will operate from December 16 to 31.

Hours: 10am to 8pm, no days off or breaks. Location: 70 Bagrationa Street.

Please note: in addition to fir trees, visitors will be able to choose pine trees, potted trees and New Year's bouquets.

Vitebsk

From December 16, the city of Vitebsk will also start selling New Year's trees. Markets will be open from eight in the morning until eight in the evening.

They will be located in the following places in the northern capital:

– near Polotsk, Smolensk, and Yuzhny markets;
– on Smolenskaya street (near house No. 3/1);
– on Chkalov street (near the “Yug-7” stop);
– on Mira street (near building No. 44);
– on Titov street (near house No. 113);
– on Voinov-Internationalistov Street (near building No. 11a);
– on Pravda street (near house No. 64a);
- on Smolenskaya street;
– at the intersection of M. Gorky Street and Academician Pavlov Street;
- on Frunze Avenue.

Brest

In Brest, Christmas tree markets will start on December 17. They will work from ten in the morning until nine in the evening.

Those who wish will be able to purchase New Year trees on Gogolya, Leningradskaya, Volgogradskaya, Moskovskaya, Syabrovskaya, Kobrinskaya, and Pushkinskaya streets.

In addition, trading platforms will also be located on Lenin Square, Partizansky Prospekt and at the entrances to the markets.
