From January 1 of next year, the base amount will increase in Belarus.
The corresponding resolution was signed by the head of government Roman Golovchenko.
The Council of Ministers press service reported this on Telegram.
According to the resolution, from January 1 of next year the base amount will be 42 rubles.
The press service of the Council of Ministers reminded that this year the base amount is 40 rubles.
In 2023, the base amount was 37 rubles, in 2022 – 32 rubles.
The base amount determines the size of a number of fines, taxes, fees, scholarships, benefits, etc.

The base value is an indicator established in 2002 instead of the minimum wage for calculating the amounts of pensions, benefits, taxes, fees and levies by the Belarusian government.
