Starting from January 1, incentive and compensatory payments to workers in the cultural sector will be increased in Belarus.
The corresponding resolution No. 150 was adopted by the Ministry of Culture on October 18.
The resolution was published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The resolution amends the instructions on the amounts and procedure for making compensatory and incentive payments to employees of budgetary organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Culture and budgetary organizations related to the scope of activities of the department, subordinate to local executive and administrative bodies.
The adjustment will affect bonuses for work in the industry. Currently, funds in the amount of 30% of the salary amount are allocated for the payment of bonuses. From January 1, it will be 64%.
Let us recall that the day before, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection announced that the sectoral ministries of the social sphere will increase incentive payments to certain categories of workers from January 1.
Payments will be increased for medical workers, teachers, and workers in the cultural and social service sectors.
