Forecasters have warned Belarusians that today, November 25, adverse weather conditions are expected in the country.
In particular, citizens may be faced with gusty winds and icy conditions.
In addition, as Belhydromet reports on its official Telegram channel, rain and sleet are possible in some places in the northern regions of the republic.
It is not only the icy conditions that may unpleasantly surprise the residents of Belarus on Monday.
On some sections of the roads, icy conditions are possible, so drivers should be extremely careful and cautious.
The wind will blow from the south, generally its speed will be from 4 to 9 meters per second, but in gusts – up to 14 m/s.
As for the air temperature, thermometers across the country on November 25 will show from -1 to +5 degrees, and in the west – up to +8 degrees.
In turn, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus (also on the TG channel) named the main danger factors for this Monday.
The department also included potential obstruction of traffic among these.
Belarusians are also warned about the increased likelihood of road accidents and the high risk of injury to pedestrians.
