In addition, control will be strengthened and traffic will be restricted on the roads in the area where the inspection activities are being carried out.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the exercises under the leadership of the head of the department, Ivan Kubrakov, would take place from November 19 to 22.
The training stages are planned in the capital, regional and district centers, the ministry’s press service noted.
According to the information released, the exercises will demonstrate “readiness to quickly respond to possible complications in the situation in the country” during the election campaign.
As part of the events, issues of preventing manifestations of extremism and terrorism, involving citizens in illegal activities, and preventing violations of public order continue to be worked out.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs warned that during the days of the exercises, the movement of special equipment, the use of pyrotechnics, and the closure of streets are possible.
