On Thursday, November 21, icy conditions and strong winds are expected in Belarus.
In connection with this, a yellow danger level has been declared, Belhydromet reports on its Telegram channel.
At night, weather conditions will be determined by atmospheric fronts from a cyclone centered over the Baltic Sea, and during the day by a cold, humid air mass.
It will be partly cloudy. Rain, snow and sleet are forecast across the country overnight.
During the day, precipitation in the form of snow and sleet is expected in some areas. In some places, light ice is possible at night and in the morning.
Black ice is expected on some sections of the republic's roads. At night, in some places in the republic, wind gusts of 15-18 m/s are expected, - Belhydromet reported.
At night it will be from -3 to +2 degrees, during the day – from -1 to +4 degrees.
