A unified duty dispatch service has been created in the Minsk region.
The decision to create it was signed by the regional governor, Alexander Turchin.
The document was officially published on the legal Internet portal of Belarus.
It is known that 13 organizations were included in the unified duty dispatch service.
In particular, it included the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, and the State Traffic Inspectorate Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee.
The regional emergency medical care center and the KGB department for Minsk and the Minsk region are also included.
In addition, the service’s structure includes Minskoblgaz, Mingaz, Minskavtodor-Center, and Minskobldorstroy.
It also includes Minskenergo, the regional housing and communal services, the capital branch of Beltelecom and the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways.
It is stated that thanks to the new service, residents of the Minsk region will be able to call for emergency assistance via a single telephone line 112.
The service will also allow for a prompt response to various threats and emergencies, both natural and man-made.
