The document provides for the introduction of new mechanisms to support effective investment projects in the regions.
We are talking about the guaranteed purchase of import-substituting products (special investment agreement), partial compensation of capital costs upon reaching the enterprise’s production capacity (budget transfer) and compensation of costs for engineering and transport infrastructure.

Around 40 investment projects are being considered for the use of these new investment stimulation instruments in the regions, he noted.
