The agency reported that on October 18, 95 Russian servicemen were returned from territory controlled by Kyiv.
In exchange, the Russian side handed over 95 Ukrainian Armed Forces prisoners of war to the Ukrainian side.
The message, which was published yesterday at 21:52, said that the freed Russian servicemen are in Belarus.
They are receiving medical and psychological assistance. In addition, these representatives of the Russian Armed Forces were able to contact their relatives.
The servicemen released from Ukrainian captivity are planned to be delivered to Russia: treatment and rehabilitation will continue in healthcare institutions of this country.
It is emphasized that during the return of representatives of the Russian Armed Forces from Ukrainian captivity, the UAE acted as intermediaries: the aid from the Middle Eastern country was of a humanitarian nature.
