This document is the basis for inclusion in collective agreements for all organizations in the construction industry, regardless of their form of ownership.
The agreement for 2025-27, which will come into force on January 1, includes a number of innovations.
They concern, in particular, support for young specialists and working pensioners, incentives for students to obtain specialties in demand by construction organizations, and for specialists to independently improve their qualifications.
