This was reported by Dmitry Mezentsev, who has been the State Secretary of the Union State since March 2021.
The activist added that negotiations are currently underway to discuss issues of Internet traffic consumption by users.

The approximate completion date for the work is by the end of the year, MIA " Russia Today " quotes Mezentsev as saying.

The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin will take part in this meeting.
