The procedure for obtaining permanent residence abroad has also changed.

Resolution No. 752 amends Resolutions No. 78 of 27.01.2004 and No. 467 of 30.03.2010.
Now, summonses for military service will be handed to those liable for military service no later than seven days before the start of the training (previously – 10 days).
As for the adjustment of the procedure for permanent residence abroad, the age limit for obtaining consent from the military registration and enlistment office has been increased from 16 to 17 years.
Previously, the request included citizens who turned 16 in the calendar year of the date of the decision by the foreign institution to formalize permanent residence abroad; now, it includes those who have reached 17 years of age.
