Volunteer units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct training exercises throughout Belarus.
The head of the department, Ivan Kubrakov, announced this on October 8.

Today, at the training ground of the special forces training center of the Volovshchina internal troops, a comprehensive training session was held with military personnel who previously served in the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and members of the volunteer detachment "Smerch".
As Kubrakov explained, there are 22 volunteer units in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and their numbers are growing every year and month.
Today's lesson included practicing scenarios for changing operational situations, suppressing mass riots, storming buildings and transport.
The volunteers then demonstrated their skills and abilities in military engineering, tactical, fire and medical training, as well as their mastery of UAV control.
The guests of the event were shown samples of weapons, UAVs, communications equipment and electronic warfare systems used by special forces.
Such exercises will be held throughout the republic. Their schedule has already been drawn up, the minister said.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Vladimir Pertsov, State Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Volfovich, Deputy Heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, heads of departments of the central office of the department, heads of regional Departments of Internal Affairs and the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
