President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko delivered a speech at the ceremony honoring farmers of the festival-fair "Dazhynki-2024" in Mikashevichi.

The head of state stated that it was the peasant who saved the country in the difficult 90s of the 20th century, and the first “Dazhynki” were held in honor of the working man.

The state intends to continue to provide support to such people.

Thus, the housing construction program is being reoriented towards the needs of production, the Presidential press service reports.

“Where we create production facilities in agriculture, we will first of all build houses, social facilities and housing,” noted Alexander Lukashenko.
