Statement from the National Center for Social Development

It was established that multiple numbers were registered to the organization.

They were used to make calls in violation of personal data laws.

The rules for the provision of telecommunications services, approved by Government Resolution No. 1055 of 17.08.2006, stipulate that the telecommunications operator and telecommunications service provider have the right to suspend the provision of services in the event of a violation by the subscriber of the terms of the agreement, the requirements of the Rules and other legislative acts.

At the request of the National Center for Social Protection of the Population, the operator suspended the provision of services to an organization that had committed repeated violations until they were corrected.
