The Prosecutor General's Office of Belarus has demanded that the Belarusian division of Wildberries stop selling UAVs to individuals.

Monitoring of online trading platforms conducted by the Prosecutor General's Office revealed instances of improper implementation of Decree No. 297 of September 25, 2023 on state registration and operation of civilian UAVs, which establishes a ban on individuals importing, trading, operating and storing drones, aircraft models and spare parts for them.
In particular, drones and aircraft models were available for purchase by individuals in the Wildberries online store.
One of the main reasons for the current situation was the failure of the online store to take appropriate measures to ensure strict compliance with the law.
This practice, the Prosecutor General's Office noted, could lead to increased risks of using aircraft for illegal purposes, including for disrupting public order, extremist activity, and committing terrorist attacks.
Over the past period of this year, many cases of non-compliance with the procedure for using UAV airspace have been recorded in Belarus, for which administrative liability is provided.
As a result, the Deputy Prosecutor General submitted a representation to the director of the Belarusian division of Wildberries with a demand to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the illegal sale of UAVs, aircraft models and spare parts to individuals. The execution of the representation has been taken under control.
