Head of the Administration of the President of Belarus Dmitry Krutoy made a statement regarding the issue of roaming.
He reported that in the near future Minsk and Moscow could launch a project to cancel it between the two countries.
An agreement in principle has been reached that the leaders of our countries will launch this project at the anniversary meeting of the Supreme State Council, Belta quotes the official as saying.
He suggested that the project could be launched in either a pilot or full-scale mode.
That's for sure. It's already practically 100%, Krutoy assured.
He added that we are talking about the complete abolition of roaming in the Union State.
He also said that the head of state has a decision on mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures in Belarus and Russia awaiting signature.
We will unblock a whole block of issues with this, including those related to access of Belarusian companies to government procurement of Russian corporations, with which relevant negotiations are already underway, the head of the Presidential Administration reported.
