According to weather forecasters, real autumn will come to Belarus by the end of September.
It will still be warm on Friday and Saturday, but later, with the arrival of cold air from northwestern Europe, the temperature will drop to autumn levels.
Frosts down to -2 degrees are possible in northwestern regions on Monday night, BELTA reports with reference to Belhydromet.
On Friday, September 27, short-term rains are expected across the country, thunderstorms will occur in some places during the day, and strong winds of 15-18 meters per second are possible.
Nighttime air temperature will be +13-19 degrees, daytime – +18-23 degrees. In the southern regions the air will warm up to +25 degrees.
On Saturday, short-term rains will fall across the country, with thunderstorms in some areas. Strong winds of 15-20 m/s are expected in some places during the day.
At night, the thermometer will show +11-18 degrees, during the day - +17-23 degrees. In the south-eastern regions, the air will warm up to +25 degrees.
Sunday will be mostly dry, with only brief rains possible in the southeastern regions.
Nighttime temperatures will be +5-11 degrees, in the southeastern regions it will be up to +15 degrees. During the day, +10-17 degrees are expected.
Monday will be mostly dry, with only short-term rains in the southeastern regions. In some places, light fog will thicken at night and in the morning.
At night the temperature will be +1-8 degrees, in the south-eastern regions it will be up to +10 degrees, in the north-western regions frosts up to -2 degrees are possible. During the day it will be +10-17 degrees.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, short-term rain is forecast in some areas, and in some places, light fog will thicken at night and in the morning.
At night, forecasters promise +1-8 degrees, during the day it will be from +10 degrees in the northern regions to +19 in the south-eastern ones.
