Abnormally high temperatures will continue in Belarus this coming weekend and at the beginning of next week.
The maximum daytime air temperature will be +29 degrees.
BELTA reports this with reference to Belhydromet.
As Belhydromet reported, the anticyclone, which had maintained sunny, dry weather for a long time, weakened its position; frontal sections moving from the south of Europe brought long-awaited precipitation, but its quantity was not enough to compensate for the moisture deficit.
Therefore, the fire danger remains high, and in the east it is extremely high.
The influence of unstable air masses and frontal sections will continue until the end of the week.
They will cause thunderstorms of varying intensity. Heavy rains are expected in some areas on Friday.
Over the weekend, the influence of atmospheric fronts will weaken, rains will become short-term, local and less intense, but in some places stronger winds are possible.

At night, the thermometer will show +12-17 degrees, during the day – +21-28 degrees.
On Sunday, short-term rains with thunderstorms will fall mainly in the southwestern half of the country. Strong winds of 15-18 m/s are possible in some areas.
