In one interview, Kirkorov called the multiple winner of the “Chanson of the Year” award a “beggar” who “begs for clothes and gifts.”
It was for this reason that Uspenskaya filed a lawsuit. The hearing lasted more than three hours.
Kirkorov's side did not acknowledge the claims, calling them a "counter-reaction" to the lawsuit filed by the artist at the end of last year.
And yet the court ruled in favor of Uspenskaya.
