SHAMAN revealed who he considers his main competitor
In less than three years, Yaroslav Dronov, known under the pseudonym SHAMAN, has rapidly burst onto the Russian music scene and become one of the most popular performers in the country.
His concerts gather full halls, and the song “I am Russian” has become a real hit, which is liked by both young people and the older generation, writes “Arguments and Facts” .
The popular artist is in demand in many projects. For example, he is currently involved in the ethno-opera "Prince Vladimir" by Igor Matvienko. The production also features Nikolai Rastorguev, singer Soya and Matvienko himself. Yaroslav got the role of Prince Vladimir himself.
According to SHAMAN, it is a great honor for him to play this role.
As the singer said, he agreed to play Prince Vladimir immediately after he received this offer from Igor Matvienko.
By the way, SHAMAN communicates with him quite often, as well as with Nikolai Rastorguev and Grigory Leps.
"We communicate like colleagues in the industry about this and that. And not only about music, but also just about life. We somehow immediately found a common language," Dronov admitted in an interview.
SHAMAN does not see competitors in famous performers: according to him, only he himself will be able to compete with him – in ten years.
