The musician's 28-year-old daughter chose an unusual way to tell her 51-year-old father the good news.
The girl gave him a T-shirt with the number 1 and the words "GRANDPA" ("grandfather") on it.
In addition, Eminem was given an ultrasound scan showing that his daughter was expecting a child.
