He does not agree with the order of the Russian Ministry of Justice, considers it illegal, violates his rights and freedoms, contradicts Russian legislation and international law, the agency cites the content of Galkin’s lawsuit filed against the Ministry of Justice.
Pugacheva's husband also pointed out that, being a cultural and artistic figure, he has never been involved in political activity.
The inclusion of his data in the register of foreign agents is considered a violation of the right to freely express personal opinions, as well as the right to privacy.
However, in court, the arguments of the “cultural figure” were considered unconvincing and they stated that there was evidence confirming Galkin’s* active political activity in the interests of a foreign source of funding.
