The Guinness Book of Records has included the name of the shortest man in the world, who is another 7 centimeters shorter than the previous record holder, Edward "Nino" Hernandez.

There have only been four people who have held this title in the history of the Book. The new record holder was measured over the course of a day.

The new record holder and holder of the title of the shortest man in the world is Afshin Esmail Gaderzade, reports Records-World.

He was born in Iran on July 13, 2002, and at the time of recording his record, his height was 65.24 cm, which is 7 cm shorter than the previous figure.

The man was taken to an office in Dubai and measurements were taken three times over the course of 24 hours to establish his exact height and weight.

After the necessary procedures, Afshin fulfilled his cherished dream and climbed the tallest building in the world – Burj Khalifa.

It is known that Afshin's weight at birth was 700 grams, and now it is about 6.5 kilograms.

Therefore, even using a smartphone is considered a challenge for an Iranian, but he copes with it.

He can move around without assistance, but in his homeland he rarely travels alone.

As the record holder himself stated, it can fit in the palm of the largest man in the world.
