Gao Bingguo, who lives in China's Shandong Province, is determined to write his name into history.
To do this, the man chose a rather unusual method.
He decided to put 1.1 million bees on himself at once.
According to the 55-year-old man, he had been breeding honey insects for 30 years, so he was aware of his actions.
Gao Bingguo placed several dozen queen bees on his body, which attracted worker bees. The beekeeper's assistants placed the latter on the man using shovels.
The Chinese knew that bees usually sting those people who exude a strong body odor.
So he washed himself thoroughly before setting the record.
However, the bath didn't help much: after the dangerous experiment, doctors counted almost 2,000 bites on the record holder's body. To relieve the itching, Gao Bingguo immediately took an ice-cold shower.
Apparently, the man endured all the hardships easily: covered in bees, he managed to smoke and even lifted a heavy wooden stick with his outstretched arms.
